3-6 YEAR OLD GYMNASTICS

Dance-Gymnastics Combo Classes!

Combo classes are unique and are designed for students to experience more than one activity during one class. These classes are divided with equal time given to both activities;  half gymnastics and half dance!
In the gymnastics portion of the class, students will train on all gymnastics events, including vault, bars, beam, floor, and Tumbl Trak (trampoline), with a primary focus on floor exercises and tumbling skills.

We encourage taking more than one class per week, whether combining Dance-Gymnastics Combo with gymnastics or tumbling, to accelerate skill development. This class is a great fit for dancers, cheerleaders and gymnasts looking to expand their skills in a fun and energetic environment!

Our Dance-Gymnastics Combo classes blend gymnastics with dance styles like jazz, and hip-hop, creating a fun and engaging experience for all ages! Half of the class time is dedicated to dance, while the other half focuses on gymnastics.

Why choose between gymnastics or dance when you can do both? Students will work on gymnastics skills on floor, bars, beam, and vault, while building strength, coordination, and confidence. This combo class introduces dancers to basic ballet exercises and concepts, including stretching, center floor exercises, and traveling across the floor.
